Three simple things: “know your product better than anyone, know your customer, and have a burning desire to succeed.” With that, Erocare company started its journey in the field of Construction chemicals with limited resources and area of operation. I believe skills are important evolution to bring changes in our products and are different from what might have been important. A lot of process is based on technology but some of it is also based on the way employees want to be able to work.
