BITUMEN BASE MASTIC COMPOUND

Erostic is a single component Bitumen based Mastic compound of acid proof grade used as an underlay to acid resistant brick/tile to act as impervious membrane. It is also used for exposed lining of corrosion resistant floors where traffic movement is light or non-existent.

A priming coat of Eroprimer is required before application of Erostic.

Erostic – HD is also available for open mastic flooring for heavy duty flooring

EROSTIC shall meet requirements as per IS:9510 (1980).

SULPHUR CEMENT

EROSUL is single component plasticized chemical resistant Sulphur cement which is to be melted and used. The main advantage of this, it does not require any curing time hence it is ideal for shutdown maintenance jobs.

It is mainly used with acid resistance brick/tile to protect floor. Pickling tanks, sumps etc. in steel & electro plating industries, tube mills etc. It is also used to fix metallic parts on ceramics in high-tension electrical insulators due to its excellent insulation properties, good admission and weather resistance.
EROSUL shall meet the requirements as per as per IS:4832 (Part III).
